All sales are final for our launch batch. We do not accept returns or process refunds.

As a new brand launching our first batch, we are unable to accept returns at this stage. Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email karnmenindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will dispatch a replacement within 2 business days at no cost.

Future Policy

From our second batch onwards, we plan to introduce a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
